Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

Due to the highly personalised nature of our product, we do not offer refunds or returns once our artists have commenced work on your pet portrait design. The design team will usually commence work on your order within an hour of order confirmation. 

Damaged Goods

On the rare occasion where damage does occur we will send out a replacement artwork. 

To qualify, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is damaged simply email us at support@designerpetportraits.com.au with a snapshot of the damaged good. Your order will be re-sent via trackable express post without any delay.
